people who pretend to speak english.

then != than
first the failboat arrived, then everyone got their shipment of fail. it's not better than being coherent.

choose != chose != choice
choosing the right choice won't lead to fail. the kids chose fail.

loose != lose != lost != loss
things that can be loosed in guildwars are arrows, spears and pets. items, missions, dignity, sanity, etc can only be lost. it's possible to lose a combat situation where you loose arrows (considered a loss) - but you can not loose combat situations where you lose arrows (considered fail).

to != too != two
it's never too early to fail.

People who pretent to be purist English teachers, but infact fail ... to understand they are dealing with a global community for which english isnt their first language.. these people should realy understand that allot of people make a genuine effort to speak a language you understand, and be very very happy Chinese isnt the globally 'excepted' language on the internet, because then they wouldnt even be able to whine about these sort of spelling issues ...

It's usually warriors who do that. Usually they spell something wrong, too.
But that's ok. Seeing a name like "Deth Worrier" makes me smile. It's cute.

These and when I say that I'm selling a stack of alcohol type X or a shield Y with specific stats Z, that they whisper "Show plz", because I already said specifically what I'm selling! There isn't anything else to see!

Don't forget the "your" and "you're" or "they're", "their", "there" mix-up... My English teacher would have had me shot, hung, and quartered if I had messed that up.

Monks in HA with black dyed obsidian armor, black VS, chaos gloves

get some originality for RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOs sake
People who use RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE etc. I don't want to see that pointless crap in caps, and I also hate how popular it's become (slightly hypocratic that you denounce unoriginality and relish in it). Also hate other ridiculous popular expressions such as "I lol'd" or "[verb] much?". To use your own words, "get some originality for ****'s sake"

MOAR!

Crappy Drop rates, when you're trying to farm a certain green and it doesn't want to drop.

Buyers who but-out an item, after you contact them they never answer but they do answer you through auctions saying they want tthe item.. And they say "I'll contact you whenever I see you on", then when that time comes and you're both online for a while there's little to no contact then you relist the item.. Douchebags.

Samething with Sellers. They're selling an item and they never answer your whispers or PMs.

--Edit.

Horrible Armor combinations, and color combos.

People who think they're better then everyone else because they have Obi armor and GWAMM. Yeah, I have Obi armor and R3 GWAMM but I don't think I'm better then everyone else. Titles aren't hard to max, and obi armor isn't difficult to save for. Anyone can get that armor. Stop thinking so highly of yourself.

Players who will not apologize for their own wrong doing.

Pugs. How they let in a survivor, end up getting them killed because they cannot heal for crap. Constant group separation and horrible leadership. (Happened during Thursdays Z-Bounty. My guildie was on their survivor and they let him get killed even though he was trying to get the foes off his character). This is why I play in international districts, and avoid Pug groups.

Like another user said "People join a guild when they know they're new/rebuilding, then leave days later." Or when they say they "Found their new home" and then leave days later.. Wtf?

More might be added..

/facepalm

It's a word filter.

Pet Peeves: PvEr's who think they are the greatest. I spend my time at end game proph helping people pass missions, because I have found many Proph only characters get stuck at the end. Occasionally I get people who are running apply poison + barrage or other stupid crap, and they proceed to tell me how to run everything and get furious when other players ping sub par builds. When I point out their build doesn't even work, they say that they have beaten the entire game so far with it and that they are amazing.

Argh just angering me thinking about it. At least I get to see them stuck for a few days in the outpost, spamming LFG :3.

To comment on some Pet peaves of sellers:
Sellers that forget that the Trade list only carries so many characters, and that allot of buyers check the Trade LIST instead of the horrible spam... this means that if you sell:
Flaming Dragon Sword, 20^20, 15^50...
Its cut off right there, so if you get a tell asking Howmuch, its because the price isnt listed since you used to many characters ! (that was point 11 on some list, hope having the explination relieves the peave :P )

@Shakkara, allot of people are interested in certain skins, hence they want to see what you sell... for booze though i would agree, a bit silly

AFK sellers, yes that is very annoying :P

Dude it's a word filter... he didn't actually type in RED ENGINE GORED. He probably typed in the f-word.

My biggest pet peeve right now is that, while everything else works fine, GW kicks me out every 3 seconds, each time with a different error code.
